Taiwan leader Ma Ying-jeou on Wednesday urged Wang Jin-pyng, head of the island's legislative body, to step down after the latter's alleged involvement in a lobbying scandal.

因立法機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人王金平涉嫌與近期的關(guān)說(shuō)事件有關(guān)，臺(tái)灣地區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人馬英九周三敦促其辭職。

關(guān)說(shuō)（lobbying），在臺(tái)灣的語(yǔ)境中，指當(dāng)官者利用職權(quán)干擾正常執(zhí)法或行政活動(dòng)（to use one’s power to interfere with normal law enforcement or administrative actions），與我們所講的“說(shuō)情”意思大抵相近。國(guó)民黨考紀(jì)會(huì)（the KMT disciplinary meeting）已于11日撤銷(xiāo)王金平黨籍（to withdraw Wang's party membership）。

王金平否認(rèn)關(guān)說(shuō)，并對(duì)此次事件的證據(jù)收集方式（means of evidence collection）提出質(zhì)疑，稱(chēng)電話(huà)數(shù)據(jù)為監(jiān)聽(tīng)（wiretapping）所得，實(shí)為違法。

Lobby在美國(guó)政治中很常見(jiàn)，指某個(gè)群體或組織找卸任的議員等在政治圈人脈廣泛的人士到政府或國(guó)會(huì)就某項(xiàng)立法或政策進(jìn)行游說(shuō)，希望政府或國(guó)會(huì)支持或反對(duì)該政策。因?yàn)榇祟?lèi)游說(shuō)多在政府或國(guó)會(huì)的走廊、大廳里進(jìn)行，由此得名，而這些說(shuō)客就是lobbyist。
